P2 REVIEW FAQ's
Q: Will my activity be monitored, recorded, judged, or deemed inadequate? Will I ever be "kicked out"?
A:
Absolutely not! At one time this was considered in order to
be fair to everyone, but seemed to be invasive and exclusive.
It is important to note that the website will only be helpful, however,
if people contribute--at least in the forum! No one
will ever be kicked
out. Please do not bad mouth or post old tests though.
Q: Who runs this website?
A:
No one anymore. At one time, there was someone "running
the website", per se, but he has resigned that
role. This website is totally self-sufficient
now and self-sustaining and requires NO
MAINTENANCE. The only function of the "webmaster"
is to add new members at their request. That is ALL.
Q: What is the purpose of this website?
A: This is a "virtual study group" with the purpose of bringing people together to share the study materials they create. This will help everyone do better in classes.
The second purpose of this site is to provide a message board to allow people to help eachother in the various classes. The message board also allows for coordination of group meetings in purpose to work on homework, share study material, etc. Obviously, this is a "non-university" message board for P2's--the only one I am aware of. Nothing said on this board is in any way hosted on university servers. Obviously, though, you should still exercise restraint in what you say. Don't "bad mouth" anyone or do anything that would jeopardize our college's sense of professionalism.
Q: OK, well what do you mean by "study materials"?
A: Anything created by students--not by professors--to help in studying pharmacy material. Examples are powerpoint slides, tables (drugs, etc), study guides, pictures, diagrams, whatever! (No old tests though or "official" material. This isn't that kind of site)
Q: Why share study materials?
A: We are all overwhelmed. If we share the stuff we make, we'll have more material to use--and less time spent per person creating it.
Q: What else can I do in the forum?
A: Anything. No bad-mouthing or cheating though
Q: Why do I have to sign up to use this site?
A: Because when you sign up you are agreeing to contribute equally to the forum and to the study materials on the site. This site is only for those that share and help others.
Q: How can I get involved?
A: Send an email to the address below.
